Chef de Partie Pastry - Iconic All Day Dining Restaurant - 25k - 4 days per week!WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry Establishment: 5* Hotel - Rising 3AARestaurantAverage Covers: 500 + Covers per day Cuisine: modern European with French influences Brigade: 45 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: Marylebone (Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith and City, Jubilee and Central)Salary: 18,000 basic + 7,000 tronc Shifts: 4 days per week Last orders: 11:00pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent Chef de Partie Pastry to work on a busy pastry section.* A Chef de Partie Pastry who can work well with volume and under pressure.* Someone who has a strong background cooking in award winning restaurants and hotels.* A confident chef, someone who can teach junior members of the brigade.* A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a team.* Previous experience cooking in large volume food to a Rosette level would be ideal.* A creative pastry chef who can help with new ideas for menus.
