Chef de Partie Pastry - GBP26,000 + OT PAY - 6 SHIFTSWHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry Establishment: Two AA Contemporary Restaurant Average Covers: 50 lunch and 180 + for dinner Cuisine: modern British (refined)Brigade: 30 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: Mayfair (Bakerloo, Waterloo and Central)Salary: 26,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: 6 shifts per week Last orders: 11:00pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent, reliable and professional Chef de Partie Pastry that is able to maintain the restaurants very high standards.* A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a large brigade.* Someone who has worked as a pastry chef within a professional food led professional kitchens.* A confident chef, that has acquired strong knife skills and the a keen eye for refined cooking.* A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a team.* Previous experience cooking modern European cuisine would be desirable.
