The Chiltern Firehouse is an André Balazs Property, a 5 star luxury, 26 bedroom boutique hotel in Marylebone, London.  The first property in Europe for André Balazs Properties, which include The Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles and The Mercer in New York.
The award winning Chiltern Firehouse Restaurant is a dining destination in London headed by Michelin Starred Chef Nuno Mendes.
What are We are looking for?
We have an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our brigade here at the Chiltern Firehouse, headed by Nuno Mendes, Executive Chef. As a Chef de Partie, you will be creating a la Carte cuisine, servicing both hotel guests and diners to the Chiltern Firehouse Restaurant.
About you:

You will be passionate about quality food and produce.
You will champion our outstanding levels of customer service.
You will have experience working in a high end hospitality environment and will be able to run your own section.
You will work 5 days a week (Sunday to Saturday) and you will be paid a very competitive salary.
