Our menu is inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures and we pride ourselves on making everything ourselves because we believe that if you want it done well, you do it yourself.
You must have experience in a chef de partie position, be organised, able to work independently and above all, have a genuine love of food and seasonal cooking. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced chef looking for an autonomous role who can help us push forward with an innovative and high quality offering. If you have a perfectionist’s passion for excellent quality food and coffee you will fit right in.
You will be working 5 shifts a week, mostly day shifts, one week of late's per month. Competitive salary and excellent work/life balance
