Chef de Partie
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic and busy kitchen brigade at the Union Jack Club. This is an exciting role for a Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie looking for career progression within the field of hospitality.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a section but may be required to assist with food preparation of other sections. The Chef de Partie will assist with stocktaking, management of kitchen hygiene and food storage.
This is a busy and rewarding role for a Chef de Partie who is keen to develop their culinary skills.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who have:

·An enthusiastic and positive approach to your work and the team
·A real passion for British food
·Previous Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie experience within a 4* hotel environment
