Chef de Partie – The Chesterfield Hotel

The kitchen, led by Executive Head Chef Nathan Hindmarsh, is looking for a Chef de partie to join its vibrant and friendly brigade.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:
• Setting up the larder section
• Training junior members of staff
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Section ordering
• General larder organisation
The successful Chef de Partie should have previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in fine dining catering within a busy 4 or 5-star, 3 Rosette or Michelin environment. You should also have basic cooking knowledge and knife skills. You should have the drive to success, passion for cooking, be flexible, hard working and work well under pressure.
