As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality dishes. In the absence of the Head Chef, you will also take the lead in the kitchen, motivating the team, carrying out stock-taking and ordering duties and ensuring that all health and safety procedures are adhered to.  Ability and enthusiasm to lead a team;

 Working knowledge of stock and margin controls, ordering systems and health
