Experienced chef de partie required for well established City bar/restaurant overlooking St Paul's cathedral. MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY. Min. £23k - will pay more for applicants with good experience and skills.
Assisting head chef with all the responsibilities involved in running the kitchen and working on a variety of sections - preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within section. Managing kitchen and staff when head chef is not working/ on leave.
