Bone Daddies is a fast-growing group of successful restaurants across London. We are not a chain but a group of related restaurants and we run them under different concepts to deliver different experiences; each having their own individual specialties – from our Bone Daddies’ ramen to Flesh and Buns’ sushi and steamed buns and Shackfuyu’s Bento Boxes and Kinako French toast.
We are now looking for Chef De Parties to join our Team - Shackfuyu, Soho

We expect you to have at least 6 months experience in a similar role and a decent level of spoken English.
You don’t have to have experience with Japanese food or culture but we are certainly looking for Chefs of all levels who are prepared to get hands on with fresh, quality ingredients and run their sections with pride in what they are serving.
