Strong Chef de Partie required for busy East London Pub
We are looking for an experienced, energetic individual with a friendly and collaborative spirit and a love of fresh seasonal food. A strong work ethic and organisational skills are essential but most importantly, you must be able to work as part of a team as well thrive as an individual.
The Red Lion is a very busy Gastro Pub where families and friends like to spend time and enjoy good food alongside our amazing range of Beers.
In addition to the main pub we have a Ballroom where we hold many large scale events including weddings and live music nights. Working with us will give you many opportunities to move up throughout the company.
Uniform will be provided.
£8.50 plus share of tips.
This is a full time position with an immediate start and you will be expected to regularly work weekends.
