Boisdale is the leading Scottish restaurant company with four restaurants in London.
Boisdale of Mayfair is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday and brunch on Sunday's. Chefs are required to work on average 7 shifts per week.
You will receive both on and off job training to ensure you possess all the necessary skills to succeed.

PURPOSE OF JOB: To assist in the daily organisation and operation of all kitchen requirements and procedures pertaining to specified sections and the kitchen in general. Also to maintain a high standard of efficient and disciplined management in all kitchen sections in the absence of the Sous Chefs.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Sous Chefs and Head Chef
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Commis Chefs and Demi Chef
LIAISON WITH: Restaurant Staff and Managers
JOB DESCRIPTION OF COMPETENCIES and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Focus on areas of responsibility e.g. Product, Service, Quality, Finance, Administration, Health and Safety, Technical Skills etc.
