A side arm of the long established London Catering and Events Company Absolute Taste, Inflight is a high end, bespoke caterer aimed at the private aviation sector. With bases in London, Farnborough and Geneva we have grown considerably from our days borrowing one side of a table in the Event team’s kitchen.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Chef de Partie, who is ready for a new professional challenge in this bespoke Premium airline hospitality.
Job role
·In collaboration with your Sous Chef and the team you will ensure consistency of producing bespoke orders, dishes as per our flight requirements
·To deliver consistently high levels of service to ensure complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
·Maintaining stock rotation when taking in deliveries
·Ensure that the food is prepared and presented to the highest standards as required by the business.
·You are responsible for maintaining good food hygiene practices and due diligence as designated by legislation and the Head Chef’s specification to include all HACCP recording and documentation.
Candidate profile
·Your past working experience will come from a renowned hospitality company.
·You will be an excellent team player, able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills.
·You should be certified in H and S level 2 and Food Safety level 2 and ideally possess a Food safety level 3 certificate.
