Tate Catering’s aim is to be the market-leading caterer within the arts and to consistently provide outstanding food, drink and service at the four Tate sites and the other sites within our business.
The Djanogly Café at Tate Britain is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie who is keen to learn and take on the challenge of working in a new environment. This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis and our ideal candidate will be reliable, consistent and able to work flexible hours over a 5-day week including weekends.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
* proven ability to work within a team
* previous experience in a busy restaurant or café kitchen, in a similar role
* great knowledge of food and an enthusiasm to keep learning
* fuss-free provision of food work in a timely manner, to a consistently high standard, whilst minimising waste
* excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* adherence to all health and hygiene regulations and policies
