Chef de Partie required for our exciting restaurant located in the lively and vibrant area of Covent Garden.
The person
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie who can demonstrate the following:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar busy restaurant environment
• A passion for food, restaurants and knowledge of seasonal ingredients and British produce
• Confidence in running all sections and mise en place
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• A keen desire to learn and progress in the industry
