Heirloom restaurant - Crouch End
Working in a small team of 4 chefs, cooking tasting menus as well as small plates and bar snacks. Applicants must have at least 3 years experience. The role will offer chefs to develop skills in butchery, bread making and charcuterie. The menu changes on a weekly basis so chef will have input in dishes and the development of the food.
