We have a no nonsense view of our menu. Good hearty, simple fayre made using the best ingredients by a passionate team. Juicy burgers and steaks, hearty Pies and gooey wings and nachos. Proper comfort food done properly.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our established brigade.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:

experience as a Chef de Partie in either a good quality hotel, restaurant or gastro pub.
Happy running a section.
Want to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
There isn't any live in available at this property. Ideally you will be local with own transport but there are good transport links.
This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a well-known gastro pub with a great reputation.
So who are we, anyway?
We’re Metropolitan Pub Company (or Metro Pub Co for short). We’re part of Greene King, but they leave us to it. We’re big believers in local pubs being just that, with their own character and charm. We’ve got 71 pubs in and around London: neighbourhood locals, city pubs and foodie ones. They’re all different – run by their managers, not a boardroom – and we like it that way.
