We are currently looking for an enthusiastic an experienced Chef de Partie to work in the restaurant within the St James's park cafe

As a Chef De Partie you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to lead a section of the kitchen and control the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Sous/Head Chef. You will be able to contribute ideas for new menus as well as being able to delegate and lead a team.
At least one year experience in a similar role is required.
