Chef de Partie Wanted in London

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our small, busy kitchen.
This role would be ideal for a Chef de Partie ready to take their next step up or alternatively a Junior Sous / Sous Chef looking for a new challenge.
Villiers is an independent wine bar and restaurant based on Villiers Street in the heart of Westminster. We operate 40 covers and serve food from 8.00am to 10.30pm
Your Responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
Training commis
Keeping high standards across the board
What you need:
A minimum of two years experience in a similar position
High level of written and spoken English
High standard of cleanliness
The ability to work as part of a team
What we are offering:
A competitive salary of £21,000 - 25,000 based on experience
28 days paid holiday
Six shifts a week.
You will be working closely with our Head Chef developing new dishes and helping to train the rest of the team and keep standards up accross the board.
