We are looking for a Chef de Partie to complete the team at this superb Hotel and award winning bar/restaurant.
As Chef de Partie you will need previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, previous 2 Rosette experience is essential and you need to demonstrate good cooking skills.
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of the team assisting with daily Prep and ensuring that your section is clean, organised and ready for service.
