The Bar and Grill also boasts a fantastic roof garden which attracts alfresco diners and parties during the summer months. Plus, they have a number of meeting rooms and spaces that are regularly hired out, which the Bar and Grill kitchen provides all the catering for. These events vary from small meetings to large scale all day conferences The role:The Chef de Partie role will be a challenge that you will relish. You will be joining a small kitchen team where your passion and enthusiasm will have great influence.The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, passionate about helping to create a menu from fresh produce and have an eye for detail. They should have a positive attitude to work and learning, plus be a team player. The role will suit a current Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking for promotion. At least 2 years' experience in a fresh food restaurant environment is essential and Rota flexibility is a must. You will report directly to the Head Chef.
