An independent Italian restaurant is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic chef de partie who has knowledge:
of Italian cuisine,
cooking lovely pasta dishes,
making desserts and foccacia bread.
To work 8 or 9 shifts per week. A shift is between 5.5 to 6 hours.
To work 5 days a week.
To support other members of the team with the day to day running of the small kitchen.
Prefer somebody who lives locally or not too far from Richmond.
