An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at The Savoy Grill, part of the Gordon Ramsay Group.
The Savoy Grill is an iconic restaurant in the heart of Theatreland with a menu that is inspired by classic British and French dishes of old and includes the theatre and excitement of table side service for a number of dishes.
As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to run a section, taking responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in the section and ensuring consistent presentation and customer satisfaction. We expect our Chefs de Partie to be able to develop the more junior members of the brigade, taking pride in passing on knowledge and effectively supervising the chefs.
We are ideally looking for candidates who are:
Experienced Chef de Partie
Currently working in quality restaurants
Passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard
Keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment
Able to work effectively as part of a team
