We are looking for two dedicated chef de parties for this very busy and popular French Brasserie in the heart of Mayfair. Working on the meat and fish sections within the main kitchen.
Seven shifts per week with two days off, and every other weekend off.
Salary starting from £24,000
experience in both traditionnal and modern style food is essential.
