Chef de Partie - Barbecoa Piccadilly
Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa is currently looking for experienced Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs to join the fantastic team in our new Piccadilly restaurant.
At Barbecoa, we’re famous for our meticulous sourcing, with a focus on rare-breed meat and dry ageing, using only the best free-range and organic produce from incredible farmers.
Bring on the magic of smoke and fire! For kitchen, think ‘Aladdin’s cave’ filled with grilling and smoking equipment that no other London restaurant has under one roof – robata, Spanish 'Mibrasa' charcoal, Argentinian grill, Tandoor oven, Texan smoker - used with fruit woods like apple oak and cherry to give our food totally distinctive flavours.
The combination of primitive cooking techniques from around the world, top-notch kit and impeccably sourced meat has led Jamie to describe Barbecoa as “the sexiest steakhouse on the planet” and our gorgeous new site is set to conjur up an experience as iconic as its Piccadilly address. It’s a 250 cover showcase for all-day action: fabulous breakfasts, decadent afternoon teas and our Barbecoa bar- a must-stop pit-stop before lunch, dinner or simply to enjoy a beautifully crafted cocktail.
What we’ll provide:
28 days holiday per annum

What we look for in return:
experience in a similar role, preferably at Rosette level, experience with high volume is beneficial.
Ability to work under pressure
Good command of the English language, with the ability to communicate confidently

Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
