We are currently looking to recruit Chef de Partie to join our iconic Chelsea restaurant.
We serve authentic BBQ with an emphasis on quality ingredients and ‘homestyle’ cooking.
As CDP your main responsibilities will be to ensure exceptional standards and quality of each dish is delivered and guest expectations exceeded every time.
About you:
As CDP you should have the ability to remain cool under pressure, and work at a fast pace whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail ensuring that every dish is perfect.
In addition you will have an underlying passion for cooking, making sure that the highest possible standards are delivered every time, so that people want to come back time and time again.
Full training will be provided!
