An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at The Narrow, part of the Gordon Ramsay Group.
The Narrow, Limehouse, situated on the banks of the River Thames is a restaurant and bar serving elegant and simple, British and European dishes - from daily menus, to à la Carte and the Sunday roasts - this townhouse provides a fantastic choice of high quality food for its guests.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to run a section, taking responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in the section and ensuring consistent presentation and guest satisfaction.
We expect our Chefs de Partie to be able to develop the more junior members of the brigade, taking pride in passing on knowledge and effectively supervising the chefs.
We are ideally looking for candidates who are:
• Experienced at Chef de Partie level
• Currently working in quality restaurants
• Passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard
• Keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
