Chef de Partie - AA Iconic Brasserie - London Bridge - 25, hoursWHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Establishment: AA modern Brasserie Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150 + for dinner Cuisine: modern British Brigade: 25 + in pastry and main kitchen Location: Central London (Northern, Piccadilly, Metropolitan and District Line)Salary: 25,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: 45 hours per week Last orders: 11:30pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A strong Chef de Partie who is confident to work on more than one section.* Someone is well organised and can work under pressure.* A Chef de Partie with previous experience cooking British cuisine would be desirable.* A qualified Chef de Partie who has a stable and proven track record working within similar standards.* Previous experience working with high volume would be advantageous.* Someone who has worked in a professional establishment for at least three years would be desirable.
