Bone Daddies is a casual dining, fast-growing group of creative Japanese-inspired restaurants across south west, central and East London. We are currently operating 5 ramen bars as well as 2 other Japanese brands, Flesh and Buns and Shackfuyu, within our group.

Due to internal development and ongoing expansion we are looking for a chef de partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in St Christopher's Place (Behind Selfridges)
The ideal person will have worked in a high-volume, fresh food kitchen for a minimum of 12 months in similar capacity. You will not need to be experienced with Japanese produce/cuisine as training will be provided, however a willingness to learn and a passion for food is essential. You will be hands on, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure under the direction of the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
We operate a philosophy of promoting within and have goals of expanding our brand locally and nationally in the future, therefore there is opportunity to grow and develop your career with an expanding and reputable brand.

• Competitive wage depending on experience (£9.00 - £9.50)
