The 10 Cases is a small, busy independent restaurant in Covent Garden and is considered to be one of London's leading wine bars.
We offer a monthly changing menu, comprising 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts, a further 4 specials boards which change on a daily/weekly basis and a Tapas board.
We are currently looking to employ an experienced Chef de Partie with at least 3 years experience who is capable of working within a small team, running a busy section, and receiving instruction.
Our menu is mix of European with some Asian influences.
The job entails working 4 split shifts a week with 3 days off.
The restaurant is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period.
We are in the process of opening another restaurant nearby so there is definite potential for development and promotion within the company.
