Chef de Partie - Fine Dining - Chef de Partie - Mediterranean/Seafood Concept
A newly opened 140 cover restaurant is looking for their last super star Chef de Partie to join the brigade. Working in a team of 14 in a kitchen equipped with some of the best oven's and gadgets in London.
The Chef de Partie will work alongside friendly yet focused Chefs to bring a whole new way of delivering a fine dining experience to the residents and visitors to the Great City of London!
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for your section and be a mentor to the junior Chefs whilst being mentored by some amazingly trained senior Chefs.
6 - 7 Shifts depending on the Restaurants needs and usually out of the kitchen by 11pm!
