What will I be doing?
• A Chef de partie is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.
• Prepare Mis en Place to a high standard
• Manage section for service of this 5 star property
• Cleaning of section and kitchen areas
• Cooking and serving of quality product in banqueting and restaurant, room service
What are We are looking for?
• Focus on skill development
• We put a lot of time in the development and training of our team and want the best for our team members.
• Have 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Adhere to Basic Food Hygiene Standards
• Have good communication skills and are a team player
• Able to work well under pressure
