Temper is an open kitchen environment allowing both chefs and customers to interact with each other in a unique dining experience. The concept is the brain child of celebrated BBQ chef Neil Rankin. Positioned in the heart of Soho we focus on South American inspired BBQ. The restaurant seats 200 guests across two floors including a large private dining room and counter dining. The right applicant will need to be able to work seamlessly under pressure in a high-volume capacity and able to ensure consistency of top quality in a high-volume environment. As you will be part of a strong team you need to have great attention to detail and be part of something that’s authentically different.
