Chef De Partie - Modern Japanese Restaurant - London GBP25kChef de partie - 7 shifts pw, closed Sunday - Monday and lunch Tue-Thursday Salary dependant on experience Our client is a very well received local restaurant based in West London and serving modern Japanese and Nordic inspired cuisine for up to 40 covers offers tasting and gourmet menus The restaurant is privately owned by the head chef and runs a great kitchen with a team of 6 chefs Menus change with the seasons and they are seeking a strong chef de partie with a stable background in quality restaurants and who processes the right work attitude to learn this style of cuisine (knowledge of Japanese cuisine is not essential)You will work 7 shifts per week, 48-50 hrs. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays and you start at 2pm or 12pm on Tuesday to Thursday with two doubles on Friday and Saturday finishing no later than 11pmThe head chef is highly experienced and skilled and he requires a chef de partie with a passion for food and to learn in a small kitchen team with a great atmosphereA competitive salary is offered for the chef de partie with the right work ethic and attitude who is wanting a long term role and to develop their knowledge and skills further Chef de partie- GBP25,000
