Duties involved -
Great knowledge of kitchen operations, safe food handling and safety in a kitchen environment.
Ensures all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet health specifications and commitment to quality.
Managing the food display and stock.
Manage food costing and meet budget requirements.
Commitment to quality service and food knowledge.
Work well in conjunction with the chef manager.
