The Junction Tavern Pub based between Tufnell Park and Kentish Town have a Part time Chef de Partie position available for a hard working good quality chef. We are quite a small team operating a fun and exciting business - everyone has a great time at work and we all have fun as well as offering high quality food and great service always concerned about keep our excellent reputation.
>>>> About the Chef de Partie position available (we are offering):
** Start immediately.
** Wage per hour between: £ 8.75 and £ 9.25 (depending on experience)
** Monday to Thursday we have only evening shifts (4pm until 11pm) and Friday to Sunday we have day shifts (9 to 4pm) or/and evening as well.
** Betweeen 20 and 25 hours a week - 2 or 3 shifts a week (mainly at weekends but not all of then).
experience required / Key Skills:
* Ability to demonstrate basic cooking skills
* A confident, self-motivated, driven person
* Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety (Food Hygiene Level 2 a bonus but not essential)
* Passionate about delivering consistently good quality food
As Chef de Partie you will be a key player in our small team and be capable of running a section of the kitchen. You will assist the head chef with maintaining food margin and keeping the kitchen and food clean and safe. You should be looking to learn and move up to the next level.
