The job.
You will be working with an experienced team developing and delivering the food offer for a busy workplace restaurant and hospitality service, using the very best ingredients and modern styles.
You will work under the direction of the Head Chef to prepare breakfast items, grab and go pots, salads and sandwiches, hot and cold mains, desserts, and home baking.
Our 5 star hospitality service reflects the best Michelin starred restaurant food and you will play your part in producing hospitality food that reflects our standards and the requirements of the client.
What we offer.
• Generous rates of pay and sociable working hours – a starting salary of £20,000 per year, working 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday.

What are We are looking for?
You will be passionate and innovative in your food development and delivery.
Ideally you will be qualified in food preparation to NVQ Level 2 and will have at least 2 year’s experience working in a similar environment.
You will know what it takes to operate in a clean and safe kitchen - meeting HACCP requirements and working with the processes set out by the company food safety system.
You will have an understanding of cost management, including portion monitoring, waste control and profit margins.
This is a busy environment, you will be able to multi-task and work efficiently as part of a team where everyone pulls their weight.
