Chef de Partie – Luxury 5*hotel – Up to £28,000 – 7 Shifts!
Our client is a Prestigious 5*Hotel in Central London which is looking for talented Chef de Partie to join its experienced brigade. Hotel serves British and French cuisine to fine dining standards and has a world-wide reputation for doing so. Everyone in the kitchen works with the finest, fresh ingredients and has the ability to move around the different sections of the kitchen. The salary on offer is up to £28,000 depending on experience.
As a Chef de Partie you will take ownership of your section’s mise-en-place in terms of quantity and quality and deputise in the absence of the Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef. You will also ensure that food is cooked and presented as per the standards of this famous restaurant. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop in a solid brigade of professional chefs.
The ideal candidate will have:
·experience working in a Fine Dining Restaurant or 5*Hotel.
·experience cooking for high covers, to excellent standards.
·A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.
·Confidence when working under pressure.
·Good communications skills and a good level of spoken English.
·Eligibility to work in the UK.
