We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has a passion for fresh ingredients and delivering exceptional dishes to join our team at Plane Food.
Plane Food, part of the Gordon Ramsay Group, is a newly designed, state of the art restaurant situated inside at Heathrow Terminal.
5. The restaurant offers passengers a wide variety of fantastic dining options - from breakfast to à la Carte dining, express menus and picnics to take away, the choices are endless. Guests can also relax in our cocktail bar and enjoy delicious drinks and carefully selected wines.
As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to run a section and take responsibility for the delivery of the dishes in this section, ensuring consistent presentation and guest satisfaction. We expect our Chefs de Partie to take pride in their work and to have a desire to learn and grow. In addition, as a Chef de Partie you must enjoy working as a team and naturally be willing to support your colleagues.
