We’re looking for a chef de partie to join us at The Trapeze Bar/Restaurant/Club. Buzzy in the evening and prepping during daytime.
Ideally you will have at least two years proven experience as a CDP in a busy  kitchen. You will be able to demonstrate the highest standards and have first rate food safety knowledge but not necessary.
