Set against the backdrop of one of the City’s most iconic landmarks, St Paul’s Cathedral, Paternoster Chop House is a bustling restaurant and vibrant bar in the heart of Paternoster Square.
As the name suggests, we are a traditional British chop house, meaning that we buy all our meat on the bone and butcher it ourselves.
Role:
We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support the brigade and lead a section in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.

Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
Highly organised with the ability to communicate and delegate effectively where appropriate
Real pride and passion for what you do with a keenness to train and develop junior chefs.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.
Previous experience of working as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
High standards of Health and Safety and food hygiene.
Consistent, high quality food that reflects our high standards.
Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
