Situated in a prime location this neighbourhood restaurant and bar is looking for a capable, no nonsense Chef de Partie to strengthen the kitchen team. Open evenings only Tuesday to Saturday and with a busy Sunday Brunch/lunch trade the menus are fresh, Mediterranean and cooked to order. The restaurant has a lovely garden and caters for private parties, weddings and functions throughout the year.
Duties will include;
• Working on all sections as required
• Organising your own prep
• Running your section during service
• compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation.
• Food safety and hygiene
Helping out as directed
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable CDP with solid all round kitchen skills and a “can do” attitude to work
Interviews will include a cooking trial
Flexible shifts (4 each week)
Salary: £17,400 pro rata.
