This wonderful hotel has 44 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxury Suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a sumptuous lounge area, award-winning restaurant and fantastic bar area. The Milestone’s kitchen team is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its award-winning and exciting kitchen brigade led by our Executive Head Chef, Alex Diamantis.
Key responsibilities of the Chef de Partie will include:
• Training junior members of staff
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Controlling stock levels, labelling and dates
The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie position should:
• Have previous experience within a similar role
• Be organised whilst working well under pressure
• Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be eligible to work in the UK
