Our client is a highly prestigious Private Members Club in London, which is offering £25000 for a Chef de Partie to work in their Fine Dining kitchen. This position requires a Chef de Partie with experience in Fine Dining or Luxury Hotel Kitchen. The role involves both a la Carte service as well as banqueting. The kitchen creates and serves dishes, using seasonal fresh ingredients, to the high standards expected by the members. In 2014 the kitchen released a cookbook showcasing the modern techniques and style of the kitchen. Using the seasonal ingredients the menu is changing twice per month.
As a Chef de Partie you will take ownership of your section’s mise-en-place in terms of quantity and quality. You will also ensure that food is cooked and presented as to the high standard expected of this luxury kitchen. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop in a solid brigade of professional chefs. The chefs work 50 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have:
·A background in a Fine Dining 2/3AA Rosette kitchen or 5* Hotel.
·A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.
·Ambition and a desire to learn and progress in an exciting kitchen environment.
·Confidence when working under pressure in an a la Carte kitchen.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Eligibility to work in the UK.
