Forge are working with an award winning restaurant in the heart of Soho to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the team.
The restaurant serves a menu inspired by the cuisine of southern Spain, north Africa and the Levant and has won numerous accolades for its fantastic food and service.
We are currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the team of 13 in the kitchen to oversee one of the sections. The kitchen is split into 4 sections: larder, josper and plancha, stove and pastry.
The restaurant caters for up to 80 covers for Lunch and 150 covers for Dinner service.
The Chef de Partie will run their own section and oversee junior staff. The kitchen is open to the restaurant therefore chefs are always on show.
We are keen to hear from experienced Chef de Partie's or Demi Chefs looking for a step up.
The Rota is based on 6 shifts per week.
Salary: £23k - £26k doe
