Chef de Partie – The Milestone Hotel
The Milestone Hotel is a stunning five red star hotel located in fashionable Kensington. This beautiful townhouse property has 44 individually styled bedrooms, 12 luxury Suites and six long-stay apartments. Magnificent food is served in the Cheneston's Restaurant, the chic Conservatory, the split-level Stables Bar or via Room Service.
The Milestone’s kitchen team is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its award-winning and exciting kitchen brigade.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:
• Setting up the larder section
• Be able to assist the senior chef on a daily basis
• Food Prep
• Training junior members of staff
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• General larder organisation
• Section ordering
The successful Chef de Partie should have previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in fine dining catering within a busy 4 or 5-star, 3 Rosette or Michelin environment. You should also have basic cooking knowledge and knife skills. You should have the drive to success, passion for cooking, be flexible, hard working and work well under pressure.
