This is a Chef de Partis job advert for a POP-UP restaurant on the roof of John Lewis Oxford Street.
Morty and Bob’s started as street food company trading in London and at the UK's best Music festivals. We then opened Morty and Bobs Cafe. A thriving Cafe/Restaurant in London Fields. We have now been asked to take on the whole roof of John Lewis on Oxford Street for a pop up restaurant.
This exciting opportunity for experienced Chef De Parties to work on a roof, in the summer sun in central London. Keen to speak to reliable chefs with great attitudes, who are willing to learn and eager to achieve the highest quality of products.
JOB
Working under Head Chef
Pop up starts April 27th for 5 weeks.
Opening hours are 12pm-10pm. Kitchen: 12pm-9.30pm.
Hours will be 5/6 days a week. 55 hours/week
Pay is competitive and dependant on experience.
Level 2 food safety minimum.
Fluent in English and right to work.
Short menu of sharing plates and casual dining.
