Like any great food dish, we are a mix of many things - food/cocktails/wine/service/community - blend all these together in the right proportions and you hopefully end up with something fantastic!

We are looking for a chef de partie with some (or all) of the following skills.

Food preparation
H and S/HACCP
Fast paced food service
Great attention to detail
Menu ideas and inspiration

And alongside some, or all of those, we want really great people as well!
