Chef de Partie – Koji Restaurant in Parsons Green, Fulham SW6
£ 24,500 To £27,500 which will be commensurate with experience.

We are looking for a confident and dedicated Chef de Partie to learn the various sections of the kitchen which might include but are not limited to: Tempura, Robata Grill, Sauté and Pastry. The successful candidate would effectively lead and supervise a section of the kitchen at Koji.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Rolando Ongcoy, the ideal candidate will have the chance to work alongside a talented team and to learn or Broaden their experience in Japanese cuisine and to progress within the company, as we grow and expand our concept to different locations.
As an experienced Chef de Partie at Koji you will have:
