A much loved and popular Deli based on Bermonsdey Street is recruiting for strong, enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, proactive approach to their work and a passion for food and for providing great service. This person will have the ability to ensure the operational standard and client expectations are adhered at all times. Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
To be considered as a candidate, you will:

Be at Demi-Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level.
Knowledge of cheese, charcuterie a bonus
experience with fresh food preparation
Be able to manage a busy section
Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
Be an excellent team player
Be flexible with a positive, can do attitude.
A desire to grow within the business

Requirements:
In addition to the experience outlined above.

You will need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
All applicants must be legally entitled to work in the UK and be able to provide documentation to prove this at their interview.
You must have a UK bank account and a National Insurance number.

Hours of Work
Flexibility is the key - full time, Evening and/or Day shift but we can discuss part time for the right candidate.
