St. Margaret's Tavern is a community pub and dining room with a fabulous beer garden and outdoor dining area in the summer. Our menu changes seasonally to take advantage of the best, locally sourced ingredients. We are very popular during sporting events, boasting some of the busiest Rugby days in the area.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our established pub and continue to deliver our high standard.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:

experience as a Chef de Partie in either a good quality hotel, restaurant or gastro pub.
Happy to run a section.
A passion for great food and want to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
A strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable.
Flexibility to work all shifts.

Who we are.
We’re part of Metropolitan Pub Company (Metro Pub Co). We’ve got 71 pubs in and around London which is great for internal development and promotion. Each pub is run in it's own way, ranging from city boozers to country food led pubs meaning each venue is unique.
